After four hours, I felt tired and said, grandma, shall we go home? I am tired. She answered me, lazy girl, what are you talking? We are just start! So this is my grandma’s life style. When you ask her, what’s your secret of keeping healthy? She will answer you with a big smile, there’s no secret at all, just be happy.

I’ve learned English for more than ten years. At first, I think memorizing articles is the only way of learning a foreign langue. And by doing that, I did well in my English exams. But last year I heard a speech which is about how to learn English delivered by an American university professor. The speech is very impressive. According to the speaker, the best way of learning a foreign language is using it. He invited us to do role play during the speech. Our broken English was showed in the role play clearly. He said we can learn English from our life. English movies, songs, dramas, novels and English speaker friends are all good teachers. After that, I changed my way of learning English. I joined in an English club to watch English movie and discuss with people in English. I found it is much easier to learn it than memories it. But I still feel it’s not enough, therefore, I decideto go abroad. I believe my English would improve faster in the foreign country.

I have so many friends; and I’d like to go shopping or see a movie with them. Sandy is my best friend who is just like my sister. She is a very generous and thoughtful person. I remembered once I went to her city for holiday. She invited me to live in her apartment. And of course I’d like to live with her. When I asked her do I need to bring something like shampoo and tower. She said, no no , just bring your empty stomach. She even bought me a weekly travel pass .So I can take a bus to go anywhere in the city for free! Actually she was very busy those days. But she tried her best to guide me around the city. She also bought me a city guide, just in case she can’t jump out of her work. That city guide is still on my bookshelf. Every time I saw it, I would remember that wonderful holiday and my best friend.

actually I hate advertisements, especially those long and boring ones. But some advertisements are kind of interesting. I saw a Ford car advertisement on TV last night, which was very impressive. The camera gave people many pictures of different people and different cars. The people matched their cars extremely well. For example, an elegant lady was standing beside a pure white car. As for a cool teenager, the car behind him was a bright yellow jeep. Of course, those cars were all Ford. At last, a fantastic sentence told audients the main theme. There are no same men and no same women. The only thing which is same, we are all different. When I saw this advisement, I just feel that there must be a Ford car which belongs to me. If all the advertisements are like this one, I think there would be less compliments from audients.

I admire my grandfather very much. He is just like a hero in my heart. My grandpa is a geographical professor. When he was young, he used to travel around the world. He told me a lot of stories happened in his journeys, which are so impressive. I think maybe that’s why I always want to go abroad.
And after his retirement, he began to learn English. He told me that when he was in a foreign country, he had to grab an interpreter with him which is very inconvenient. So he decided to learn English with me. Actually my grandpa studies much harder than me. As long as he saw an English text, even a sign or advertisement, he would read it out and translate it into Chinese. He and I share an interest which is watching Hollywood movie. Sometimes he could even figure out the wrong translation of the movie’s subtitle. Every time I told my friends my grandpa is a big fan of Harry Potter, they always be surprised and said, “OH, what a modern grandpa!”
So this is my grandpa, and my idol, my hero.

When I was a kid, I have a lot of toys just like all the children in the world. Among them, my favorite one is a bear which is my 10th birthday gift sent by my father. The bear is as lovely as other Teddy bears, but it’s more than that. The best thing is it can record voice. There is a button on each hand of the bear. A microphone and a speaker are hidden in its head. If you press the left button, you will hear a beep to notice you record your sentence. And if you touch the right button, the bear will replay that. The bear could record a sentence which is about 10 seconds long. I often make fun with it. When my friends visit me, I would record my voice secretly. Then I asked my friends, “Who is the smartest guy in the world? You know what, my bear knows.” Then I touched the right hand, she said, “Of course, April! (此处换为你自己的名字哦).” The bear has been with me for more than 10 years (各位根据自己的年龄适当调整哈) ， she is still sitting on my bed, so that I can see her everyday.

Traffic accidents always come without noticing. Now I’d like to tell you one of them that I have seen.One summer day, I was on my way to see the movie which was performed by Andy Lau, the superstar in my heart. The movie was so popular that so many people wanted to get the tickets. To my delight, I got one of them. However, when the bus came to the Erqi road, the traffic jam happened which was caused by the traffic accident. One person was hit by a car with very fast speed. It was the rush ours of the day. Although policemen worked very hard, we were still blocked on the road seriously. I felt very sorry for the person and at the same time for my movie.
I really hope every people could follow the traffic code so that we can have a safe and enjoyable environment. What’s more, from then on, no matter what I do I will arrange my time ahead so that I will not feel pity for everything.
