Ingredients: 材料:
* 40 g Sweet corns * 40克玉米粒
* 100 g Ground meat ________1.__________
* 2 tbsp Potato puree * 2大勺土豆粉
* 2 tbsp Minced onion * 2大勺洋葱末
* 1 Egg, beaten * 1个蛋,打散
* 15 g Flour * 15克面粉
* 80 g Bread crumbs ________2._________
Seasoning: 调味料:
* 1 tsp Salt * 1小勺盐
* 1/4 tsp White pepper powder * 1/4小勺胡椒粉
* 1 tbsp Sesame oil ________3._________
* 1 tbsp Sugar * 1大勺砂糖
* 1 tbsp Corn starch * 1大勺玉米淀粉
Method / 做法:
1. Place the potato puree in a bowl, add in ground meat, onion and corns, flavoured with the seasoning. Mix all the ingredients until well combined. 1. 将马铃薯粉放入碗中,加入绞肉,洋葱末,玉米粒以及调味料搅拌均匀即为馅料。
2. Divide the mixture into 6 portions and shape them into a round with hands. Coat with flour, then egg, finally with bread crumbs. Flat them lightly with palm. 2. 将馅料匀分成6份,用手捏成圆状。拍上少许面粉后,沾上蛋液,最后沾层面包糠,稍微压扁。
3. Heat up some oil and deep fry the cake until golden. Turn the heat to the high level and fry for one more minute. Drain the oil and serve. 3. 将油烧热,用小火将可乐饼炸至金黄色,然后转大火炸多一分钟,取出沥干油。
